Job Summary
Lead and mentor a middle-office team supporting hedge fund and private equity client engagements. Manage trade and position reconciliations, oversee fund accounting processes, and coordinate client onboarding. Advise on accounting matters, support audits, NAV reviews, and tax filings, and maintain accurate records including budgeting, vendor payments, and cash management. Drive process improvements, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in a hybrid work setting. Proficient in Excel and portfolio accounting systems (Enfusion, Geneva); strong analytical and communication skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, ideally with middle office exposure and hedge fund expertise
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments across domestic and global markets, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX
- Strong analytical, accounting, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and portfolio accounting systems such as Enfusion or Geneva
- Strong research and writing capabilities
