Job Summary
Lead a team of Business Analysts to develop, validate, implement, and troubleshoot MES (POMs) recipes while ensuring site compliance with Global IT standards. Manage recipe authoring for first-in-class templates, lead POMS FMEA creation, and develop critical SOPs including BCP and incident management. Liaise between plant stakeholders and the global MES team to gather requirements, design POMS for site operations, and support data integrity projects for regulatory and internal audits. Oversee integration of programs such as Maximo, SAP, and Automation, ensuring fulfillment of EHS requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Computer/Information Systems
- Minimum 8 years of experience in manufacturing or quality area in a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with an MES
- Strong Computer Systems Validation skills
- Good Project Management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong Interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of GMP, safety regulations

- Masters Degree preferred
