Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity or corporate development with an energy/power focus
- Experience driving M&A deals from sourcing through integration
- Strong analytical and technical/modeling skills with a firm grasp of power asset modeling and wholesale markets
- Self-motivated, hands-on professional who can work in a fast-paced, lean environment and ownership of key strategic outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude—team-oriented and cross-functional
