Job Summary
Support M&A deal execution from start to finish, including identifying, prioritizing, and executing transactions; develop complex valuation analyses (DCF, market multiples), assist due diligence, create materials for internal reviews, and participate in deal negotiations with targets and advisors. Requires 2-3 years of relevant finance/economics experience, strong project-management abilities, cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English; role involves working with a global deal team in Amsterdam and collaborating with integration and disentanglement teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- excellent academic track record
- preferably in Economics, Finance or Econometrics
- fluent in English (Dutch not required)
- ability to lead large cross functional meetings
- strong project management skills
- team player with ability to work with various nationalities and cultures
