Manager, Merchandise Execution

Manager, Style Merchandise Execution leads a team to ensure attractive merchandise presentation and an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include overseeing product movement, price changes, signage, visual execution, event set-up, and reverse logistics; leading communication and training of visual merchandising directives and brand partner requirements; creating engaging store displays; strategizing pricing and events; supporting Own Your Style fixtures and fashion trends; driving DEI initiatives through trend presentations; documenting work with photos for visual resources; training and developing staff; interviewing, hiring, coaching, and managing a team; managing inventory and stockroom organization; and maintaining a flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required skills include visual merchandising, strategic thinking, trend awareness, strong communication, leadership and team development, inventory management, and proficiency with Microsoft suite and handheld devices. Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. 3-5 years of management experience in retail is required.
