Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end meetings and events programs for the firm, delivering in-person and virtual experiences for associates, clients, and prospects. Manage budgets, timelines, planning meetings, and vendor/speaker coordination; produce production schedules and collaborate with business partners to drive deliverables. Requires strong communication, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to travel within the U.S. to execute events; experience with event technology (Cvent, Zoom) and Microsoft Office is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or at least 5 years of related work experience
- Experience planning social and corporate events
- Experience with event registration systems and event mobile app platforms (especially Cvent)
- Knowledge of virtual event production
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and Zoom Meeting/Webinar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and work flexible and/or fluctuating hours
- Experience managing budgets and vendor negotiations
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, relationship management, product, marketing)
- Ability to design engaging event experiences and measure success
