Job Summary
Medicare Risk Adjustment Analytics Consulting Manager role focusing on revenue integrity and analytics strategy. Drives cross-functional initiatives, serves as SME for translating complex risk adjustment analyses into strategic recommendations, and leads end-to-end data initiatives including development and deployment of predictive models. Responsibilities include consultative leadership, collaborating with risk adjustment analysts and executives, and delivering data-driven insights to ensure revenue accuracy and analytic product integrity. Preferred expertise includes Medicare Risk Adjustment (HCC models, RADV audits) and advanced data visualization/tools (SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau/Power BI); strong presentation skills for C-suite audiences; proficiency with Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate complex findings to non-technical partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Business Statistics, Accounting or Finance OR 4 years experience
- 5 years experience interfacing with external clients, large employers, brokers, or consultants OR 5 years experience in presenting analytic results to both internal and external audiences
- 5 years experience in requiring data analysis and information reporting related to healthcare data
- 2 years leadership experience
- Negotiation, decision-making, organizational, and analytical skills
- Verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- PC proficiency to include Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
