Job Summary
Lead project and portfolio management initiatives within Medical Excellence and Operations to translate strategy into action. Drive governance, annual planning, forecasting, and leadership communications; maintain portfolio dashboards in Smartsheet and related tools; coordinate budgeting and financial tracking; develop guidance materials and resources; and collaborate with Therapeutic Area Strategy & Operations Leads and cross-functional partners to enhance field medical effectiveness and organizational impact.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, Medical Operations, Field Enablement, Training & Development, Commercial Excellence, or related functions
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving accountability across complex stakeholder groups
- Experience supporting governance processes, operational planning, or organizational initiatives
- Experience supporting project portfolio management, annual planning, budget management, forecasting, or business operations processes
- Experience with Smartsheet, project portfolio management tools, financial tracking, or operational dashboards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management/collaboration tools
