Job Summary
Drive innovation projects from concept development through preclinical validation and implementation. Translate scientific evidence and clinical insights into innovative, patient-focused product concepts while developing rationales for product design, evidence generation, and regulatory dossiers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions to ensure scientific rigor and commercial relevance. Identify emerging scientific trends and build relationships with external experts to support publication strategies and medical communications. Manage project execution and stakeholder alignment to deliver timely solutions that improve patient care and support long-term business growth within the global Medical Nutrition division.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Food Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Experience in Medical Innovation, R&D, or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or medical nutrition industry
- Strong understanding of clinical and preclinical development, scientific evidence generation, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in an international matrix organization
- Strong scientific, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent English
