Job Summary
Drive innovation projects from concept development through preclinical validation and implementation. Translate scientific evidence and clinical insights into innovative, patient-focused product concepts while developing rationales for product design, evidence generation, and regulatory dossiers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial functions to ensure scientific rigor and regulatory compliance. Identify emerging trends, build relationships with external experts, and contribute to publication strategies and medical-scientific communications. Manage project execution and stakeholder alignment to ensure timely delivery of solutions that improve patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Medicine, Food Chemistry, or a related discipline
- Experience in Medical Innovation, R&D, or Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or medical nutrition industry
- Strong understanding of clinical and preclinical development, scientific evidence generation, and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively in an international matrix organization
- Strong scientific, analytical, and communication skills
- Fluent English
