Job Summary
The Manager of Medical Information oversees communications on Azurity products, managing unsolicited medical information requests from healthcare providers and other stakeholders. This role involves providing clinical and technical product knowledge, developing a product knowledge database, analyzing reports to identify trends, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should possess at least 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Information or 3+ years in a pharmaceutical call center, along with preferred advanced degrees and training in health sciences.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 or more years’ professional experience in Medical Affairs/Medical Information in a pharmaceutical company.
- 3+ years in a contact/call center working on behalf of a pharmaceutical company.
Desired Qualifications
- An advanced degree in health sciences (e.g., PharmD, PhD) with a thorough grasp of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Medical/Drug Information postdoctoral training/fellowship in specialty or residency and/or postdoctoral training in a clinical practice/pharmaceutical industry setting is preferred.
