Job Summary
The OB/GYN Residency Program Manager leads and partners with the Program Director and GME leadership to ensure accreditation compliance, operational excellence, and a high-quality training environment for the 24-member ACGME-accredited residency program. Responsibilities include program leadership and compliance, translating goals into policies and workflows, overseeing credentialing/licensure/regulatory requirements, managing residency recruitment and onboarding, overseeing operations and financial management including budgets and resident records, coordinating HR-related processes, serving as a liaison among residents, faculty, and departments, and driving program development through planning, improvement initiatives, and stakeholder relations. Preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree, C-TAGME certification, and proficiency with SharePoint and Yammer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Health Administration, or related area --or-- Equivalent educ/experience
- 3 years of graduate medical education experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
- Experience can be in an academic or hospital based residency program
- 2 years of experience with residency management software, considers oneself to be a superuser
