Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day campaign functions and ensure campaign performance meets or exceeds standards. Supervise and mentor a team of Associates and Senior Associates, providing training and guidance. Serve as a trainer for new staff on all platforms and processes. Manage successful campaigns with measurement elements, including studies and advanced reporting. Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign troubleshooting and escalation. Manage campaign execution for small-to-midsize campaigns. Stay up to date on digital advertising trends and recommend new products/techniques. Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports. Complete expense reports accurately and on time. Ability to travel up to 10% as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience with hands-on management of digital media
- Experience with Search and Social platforms, primarily Google Ads Meta, and LinkedIn
- Exposure to programmatic media, DSPs and Ad Servers preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and the Google Suite platform
- Proven leadership and project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with attention to detail
- Relevant project management experience required, with demonstrated ability to manage teams of two or more
- Experience managing remote staff is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
