Job Summary
Lead partner engagement and drive advanced media strategies that deliver measurable performance by monitoring campaign optimization with minimal oversight. Maintain accurate partner-facing and internal reporting using Looker Studio while overseeing budgets to ensure spend aligns with targeted ranges. Proactively troubleshoot within platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Adobe Analytics to execute flawless campaigns and provide root cause analysis for ongoing optimization. Coach a team of four to six analysts, lead data storytelling for presentation decks, and work cross-functionally with the Marketing team to track goals. Assist in improving internal processes and act as an extension of partner teams to help them achieve marketing objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years experience with digital media, business intelligence, and/or web analytics
- 1+ year of management experience
- Optimizing media coming from media platforms such as Meta Ads, Google ads
- Should have a working knowledge and understanding of a combination (2-3) of the below platforms or technologies: Reporting/analysis of online marketing channels (Meta, DCM, Google Ads, etc.)
- Reporting/segmentation within either Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience with BI/report platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, Domo, Datorama, Google Cloud, DataStudio
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extremely organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically
- Thorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at large
- 6+ years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required
Desired Qualifications
- Masters degree preferred
- Ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, is data curious, a power user in spreadsheets (Excel/Google sheets)

- can jump into any data platform with minimal oversight
- Additional data management/SQL experience is a plus
