Job Summary
Manage project status from M8 to EOP using project tools, maintain production delivery against customer requirements, and coordinate change management across Engineering and Program Managers. Lead customer visits, audits, and recurring internal/external meetings to track progress while ensuring compliance with quality systems and environmental management. Drive new product introduction by establishing capacity plans, reviewing APQP control runs, and verifying BOM correctness with cross-functional teams. Support pre-production deliveries and manage project risks through escalation protocols. Review KPI status weekly with the MBU team to coordinate resources and sustain cycle times against the capacity plan.

- Bachelor Degree on Industrial Engineer/Electronic/Electromechanical
- Deep Knowledge of PFMEAS, BOM, Engineering Changes, documentation control, core tools
- Knowledge in customer EOM specific requirements
- 8+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment
- 8 years of prior experience coordinating new projects and managing engineering and process changes
- 8 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods
- English 90%, Advanced English level (C1 or equivalent - reading and writing that allow fluid presentations)
- Willingness to travel
- Willingness to work in an office
- Successful completion of a background investigation
