Manager, Material Planning

Lead and coach a team of material planners to execute daily schedule management, including reviewing material changes, new part releases, and customer order adjustments. Oversee schedules sent to suppliers and manufacturing plants to ensure alignment with demand and lead times, while approving escalations for shortages and constraints. Maintain SAP planning parameters and data integrity for safety stock, lot sizing, and MRP settings, resolving master-data issues affecting execution. Optimize inventory across the portfolio to minimize excess and obsolescence, providing leadership with timely visibility of supply risks and mitigation plans. Collaborate cross-functionally with Logistics, Engineering, and Production Control to address systemic supply issues and drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy.
