Job Summary
Territory Sales Manager responsible for managing and driving sales through distribution in the assigned territory. Establish a best-in-class distribution footprint and supervise promoters to meet growth in gross numbers and revenues. Drive revenue targets across all products (voice-prepaid, post-paid, data) by executing the distribution strategy and increasing secondaries through Mass Retail. Ensure stock availability at retail, execute promotional activities with channel partners, monitor acquisition quality through the distribution channel, and track competition. Manage DSE and MD performance, load-out, and compliance while expanding retail outlets and achieving zonal revenue targets. Requires Graduation (regular) with 2-4 years' experience in distribution planning and channel implementation; MBA preferred.
