Job Summary
Oversee master release scheduling and logistics for the department, provide administrative and logistical support to the VP, Marketing, lead marketing campaigns for a roster of developing artists, develop their brand identity and early fan acquisition strategies, foster strong artist-management relationships, manage budgets and financial administration, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration across A&R, Streaming, Radio, Publicity, Creative, and Digital Marketing; maintain track of data, consumption trends, and engagement metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive marketing or project management experience within a record label, artist management company, or entertainment agency.
