Job Summary
Optimize resource allocation and prioritization across multiple large-scale projects by tracking headcount, usage, budget, and spend to maximize efficiency and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Product, and Legal to drive alignment and achieve program outcomes. Proactively manage scope, timeline, and budget of initiatives that align with identified portfolios while implementing change management strategies to adapt to evolving market conditions. Measure performance against key performance indicators to inform decision-making and communicate status, risks, and opportunities to leadership. Define standardized processes for capturing requests, evaluating impacts, and prioritizing work. Collaborate with the Senior Manager, iGTM PMO to monitor designated portfolio success and leverage data analytics to optimize marketing and digital experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in project management, digital marketing, or related disciplines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a focus on agile and lean principles
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities
- Exhibits capacity to align projects with organizational goals and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
- Displays flexibility in dynamic program environments and resilience to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; or job experience equivalent
- Location: Our office follows 4 days on-site and 1 day remote schedule
