Job Summary
Manager, Marketing Performance & Optimization to lead data-driven marketing performance across digital campaigns, journeys, and channels. Responsible for turning analytics into actionable recommendations, guiding A/B/multivariate experiments, and partnering with IT & Data to enhance measurement. Requires 10+ years in digital marketing/analytics, post-secondary education in marketing or analytics, and proficiency with GA4/GTM/Looker/Power BI and SQL. Hybrid role based in Toronto with a national scope and collaboration with marketing, IT & data teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in digital marketing performance, analytics, or optimization roles
- Post-secondary education in marketing, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments is an asset
- Experience translates complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Expertise in analytics and marketing platforms (e.g., GA4, Meta, Hootsuite, YouTube Studio, Looker Studio, Power BI, email automation)
- Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Databricks, SQL) and AI technologies
- Strong communication and influence across cross-functional teams; data-literacy culture champion
- Understanding of acquisition, engagement, retention, ROI, and attribution concepts
- Ability to lead performance, optimization, and experimentation initiatives using Agile methods
- Project management and governance of dashboard/reporting deliverables
