Job Summary

Manager, Content Supply Chain Optimization leads the modernizing and accelerating of the marketing content flow. Oversees intake, workflow, production, translation, and distribution while optimizing systems, processes, and technology. Helms a production and operations team, partners with creative, compliance, translation, and external vendors to ensure high-quality, timely content delivery. Responsibilities include planning and forecasting capacity, defining and enforcing SLAs, standardizing hand-offs, managing the content lifecycle across channels, and driving end-to-end workflow improvements. Focus areas include workflow technology (Workfront), digital asset management and documentation, risk and controls, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams. Requires ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, strong project management disciplines, and a passion for technology, AI, and automation.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years marketing operations experience
  • 3 years leading and growing a high performing marketing team
  • Experience with marketing workflow management and optimization, particularly through Adobe Workfront
  • Experience working with creative and design teams and familiarity with content production processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Enthusiasm for technology, generative AI, automation
