Job Summary
Develop corporate and product communications strategies aligned with BU marketing goals using an integrated mix of channels and tactics. Collaborate within the BU on clinical messaging for assigned areas such as radiology, cardiology, and pathology PACS. Lead SEO/GEO projects, optimize website user experience, and manage advertising budgets including vendor reconciliation and monthly spending analyses. Coordinate creative briefings, manage outside agencies, and plan photo shoots, video productions, and trade show logistics. Support internal and external event planning, public relations, and digital sales enablement tools while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards. Prepare routine reports, project tracking documents, and communication materials for trade shows and e-blasts. Occasional travel to exhibits and customer sites is required at approximately 25%.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years' marketing communications or advertising experience in the healthcare space, agency and/or client-side, IT, and B-2-B space
- PACS or enterprise imaging marketing experience either in a clinical setting or within a PACS vendor marketing team
- Experience with online communications, demand generation, lead nurturing, media planning, sales enablement tools, events, and trade show marketing
- High attention to detail and project management skills with proven experience in managing projects and campaigns to successful on-time completion
- Demonstrated ability to manage a variety of assignments simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or advertising
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication skills to work within healthcare product management, Sales and company communications to tell the clinical story
- Strong presentation and analytic skills
- Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, digital marketing, and Sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Showpad, etc.
- The ability to sit up 75-100% of applicable work time
- The ability to use your hands and fingers to feel and manipulate items, including keyboards, up to 100% of applicable work time
- The ability to stand, talk, and hear for 75% of applicable work time
- The ability to lift and carry up to ten pounds up to 20% of applicable work time
- Close Vision: The ability to see clearly at twenty inches or less
- Occasional travel to exhibits, Fujifilm site locations, and customer sites. Travel requirement is approximately 25%
