Job Summary
Manage client engagements by defining workplans, executing measurement strategy across Marketing Mix Modeling and incrementality testing, and translating complex analytics into actionable business recommendations. Lead 1-2 direct reports while presenting regularly to senior client stakeholders such as VPs and C-Level executives to drive confidence in measurement outputs. Own day-to-day workstream execution, review service strategies with client leaders, and support business development by refining scopes of work and digital activation roadmaps. Apply structured thinking to analyze media performance data, identifying trends that inform holistic media buying and planning decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years (or 3+ years + MBA) of experience working with clients (internal or external)
- At least 1+ years of experience managing direct reports
- Excellent communicator & collaborator between multiple client & internal teams
- Structured thinking
- Experience within marketing industry
- Experience with digital marketing analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ViQ, etc)
- Experience using Sequel to gather data or run analytics on datasets
- Experience working with MMM/MTA marketing models
- Experience communicating and partnering with high-level partners (Directors, VPs, CMOs, CFOs, etc)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience related to in-marketing testing for marketing investments (Ex: Incrementality test using a holdout of a geographical area or customer holdout)
- Experience connecting complex marketing data & situations into tangible business path forward for clients
- Experience working with digital marketing analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, ViQ, etc)
- Experience using Sequel to gather data or run analytics on datasets
- Experience working with MMM/MTA marketing models
- Experience communicating and partnering with high-level partners (Directors, VPs, CMOs, CFOs, etc)
