Job Summary
Develop large-scale club-owned brand events and manage the club-wide event calendar, including promotional items for key dates. Execute Season Ticket Member appreciation programs with Ticketing and lead strategy for viewing parties and matchday fan experiences, collaborating with Partnerships Marketing on gate giveaways. Manage influencer campaigns, oversee the apparel ordering program, and build experiential lead generation campaigns to drive ticket sales. Lead a team of one coordinator and one intern while partnering with Community Outreach on live engagement strategies. Work with internal clients to drive campaign performance from ideation to execution and develop comprehensive annual marketing strategies with the Head of Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports, business management, communications, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing activation, experiential marketing, events, or related fields
- 1 - 2 years+ direct managerial experience
- Knowledge of soccer, professional soccer leagues, and MLS
- Native Spanish language speaker (bilingual English + Spanish)
- Sports & entertainment, property, or agency experience
- Strong leadership skills and business acumen
- Team-oriented approach, always prioritizing team above self
- High energy leader with a strong work ethic and a desire to enhance the culture of the organization

- This job operates mostly in an office environment and outside in a stadium facility at times which may include inclement weather conditions
- Some travel may be required to away games or for other business purposes
