Job Summary
As the Manager of Market Research & Analytics, you will support the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and EMEA sales team by identifying and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities through advanced data analysis. Your role includes leading market analysis initiatives to uncover actionable insights, designing data pipelines, and crafting compelling reports for senior leadership. Key responsibilities involve utilizing research tools to analyze music catalogues, managing external research projects, and collaborating with sales leadership to inform strategic decision-making across EMEA markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, Music Business, or a related quantitative field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in a data-driven research, analytics, or A&R role
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms
- A profound passion for music and deep understanding of the global music industry
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential information
