Job Summary
Lead a team of early-stage Program Managers focused on delivering map delivery programs, establishing structured Program Management practices to define milestones, communicate progress, and manage risks. Responsibilities include mentoring, developing frameworks for managing cross-functional operational programs, ensuring programs have defined objectives and success metrics, driving visibility with dashboards and reports, translating technical program updates into clear communications, and collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams to maintain program momentum. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Program Management and strong communication skills, with a preference for backgrounds in mapping or geospatial technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in Program Management, Operations Management, or Operational Strategy roles
- 5+ years of experience in managing or mentoring Program or Project Managers
- Strong experience establishing Program Management frameworks including documentation, tracking mechanisms, and stakeholder communication
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex, technical programs and drive alignment across multiple teams
- Experience managing cross-functional Operational programs with multiple stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in mapping, geospatial, ML operations, or autonomous vehicle programs
- Experience working in fast-paced, startup or scaling operational environments
- Familiarity with program tracking tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Experience building Operational dashboards or working with Analytics team to measure program performance
