Job Summary
Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of new product or new technology ramp-up projects in internal manufacturing sites. Oversee planning, execution, and progress management; drive cross-functional coordination with manufacturing, business units, and R&D; develop and implement strategies for introducing new technologies into internal manufacturing, including capital investment, development cost/timeline management, resource planning, and supply chain considerations; ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business growth objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Semiconductor新製品または新技術立上プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
- 半導体デバイスまたはウエハプロセスのエンジニア経験3年以上
