Job Summary
Lead the Manufacturing Services Material Management Team on a 12-hour night shift (5:45pm–6:15am) to support 24/7 operations, including Raw Material and Solution Logistics, Weighing/Dispensing, Buffer/Media prep, Parts Washer, and Autoclave. Manage a diverse external workforce, ensure safety and quality culture, monitor warehouse capacity and inventory control, own material transfer equipment and related quality system records, and contribute to change control, deviations, CAPA, and SOPs while aligning with regulatory inspections and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 12 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience
- Associate's degree with 10 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience
- Master’s degree with 3 years of Manufacturing & Operations experience
- Doctorate degree
- Experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience
