Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned manufacturing area, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production while optimizing staffing and coordinating daily production plans. Lead and develop hourly production team members and Team Leaders, drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost metrics, and serve as the first point of escalation for complex operational challenges. Champion Lean Manufacturing principles, facilitate Kaizen events, and lead root cause analysis to eliminate waste and improve productivity. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and quality standards, maintain technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, and communicate priorities effectively across all levels of the organization.
