Job Summary
Manage the 24-hour accountability for manufacturing line results including safety, quality, reliability, production attainment, productivity, and costs. Lead the Daily Direction Settings (DDS) meeting, execute 90-day plans to eliminate losses using IWS tools and annual maintenance plans, and oversee CIL, defect handling, and incident elimination within Daily Management Systems. Provide development and coaching to direct reports, manage recruiting and selection processes, and build a performance-driven culture across all shifts. Ensure collaboration with line leadership to establish and improve team effectiveness while maintaining plans and standards around safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED)
- Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance
- 2+ years with Bachelor's Degree/technical certification
- 4+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor
- 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations
- Ability to manage and respond to issues when needed for a 24/7 operation
- Complete pre-employment screening (criminal background check, drug screening, and for certain roles, a motor vehicle record review)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or technical certification in engineering or industrial maintenance preferred
- 4+ years experience as manufacturing/operations supervisor
- 4+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, and/or warehouse operations
- Experience delivering sustainable continuous process improvement programs through engaging, developing, and empowering teams
- Knowledge of data analytics and appropriate KPI's for measurement of manufacturing systems
