Job Summary
Manager - Manufacturing (JMP - Fast track leadership program) is a two-year rotational program for high-potential MBA graduates from premier B-schools. Four rotations of six months each across cross-functional divisions with international exposure, intended to develop managerial capabilities and prepare for leadership roles. Requires BE/B.Tech and MBA, 2+ years post-MBA experience, familiarity with operations, quality, Lean, Industry 4.0, AI, IoT, and data analytics, and the ability to lead teams and drive initiatives in a manufacturing environment. The program emphasizes on-ground operations, cross-functional collaboration, and accelerated career growth toward leadership positions within Bosch’s manufacturing domain in India (Bangalore, Karnataka).
Required Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical & Electronics
- MBA (Operations or manufacturing or related discipline)
- Min 2 years experience post MBA
- Willingness to embrace assignments that build capability and match business direction
- Strong analytical thinking and fresh, innovative ideas
- Self-motivation, high ownership, and the ability to influence others
