Job Summary
Lead and develop a team of eight manufacturing/production engineers while driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, scrap reduction, and cycle time. Own new product introduction and transfer-to-production processes, including IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and manage engineering changes and configuration control. Oversee design and implementation of manufacturing tools, jigs, and fixtures, and support production in troubleshooting complex technical issues. Lead selection, installation, and qualification of new equipment while collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations. Build and execute an annual engineering roadmap and KPIs. Report to VP Ops Israel with extensive exposure to global manufacturing sites. Fluent in Hebrew and English required.
Required Qualifications
- BSc. in Mechanical / Materials Engineering (or similar)
- 5+ years in manufacturing engineering (preferably medical devices)
- 3+ years in people management
- Hands-on experience with validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13845 / regulated environments
- Fluent Hebrew and English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with process improvements methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma – advantage)
- CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD – advantage)
