Manager – Management Company Accounting (Private Equity Funds)

Experienced Manager overseeing accounting and financial reporting for Management Company entities in the Alternative Investment Management space. Responsible for financial statements, management accounts, regulatory reporting, chart of accounts, A/P/A/R, expense allocations, monthly close, and collaboration with auditors and client finance teams. Leads cross-functional efforts to develop financial controls, streamline processes, and deliver accurate, timely reporting. Requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience in the US GAAP framework and proficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (Sage/NetSuite) and QuickBooks is preferred. Hybrid work arrangement in Houston, TX.
