Manager, Major Gifts

Manager, Major Gifts responsible for full-cycle major gift fundraising in support of the Sundance Institute, managing a portfolio of ~125 donors ($25K+), developing solicitation strategies, and ensuring donor stewardship. Collaborates across departments to align donor engagement with the Institute’s mission, supports multiple campaigns, and provides regular revenue updates. Hybrid role based near Boulder, CO with in-office collaboration; duties include cultivating major gifts, travel to events and donor visits, and supporting fundraising campaigns and Catalyst Forum activities. Requires at least 3 years of frontline fundraising in arts/nonprofit sectors, exceptional storytelling and relationship-building skills, knowledge of donor engagement and CRM databases, and legal US work authorization.
