Manager, Major Case Unit

Lead team workload planning and performance while optimizing workflows and driving process improvements. Oversee claim operations, including reserve approvals, settlements, and compliance with authority guidelines. Direct litigation strategy and manage defense counsel to ensure effective, cost-conscious claim resolution. Analyze claim trends and performance data to inform decisions and support business objectives. Resolve complex claim, coverage, and service issues while ensuring strong stakeholder relationships and regulatory compliance. This role can be located in one of FCCI's office locations or remotely within FCCI states.
