Job Summary
Manager, Major Capital Projects leads planning and execution of major capital healthcare projects in Saskatchewan. Partners with system leaders to connect to provincial healthcare goals, develops operational and business plans, cascades, monitors, reports, and adjusts course as needed. Demonstrates strong leadership to enable an innovative, client-centered climate; works cross-functionally within the portfolio and across the organization to support operations; develops partnerships with system and community partners. Must lead and coach others, apply LEAN methods, and apply knowledge of Saskatchewan's healthcare system, Truth and Reconciliation Calls to Action, and culturally safe practices while delivering patient- and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years experience in project management on major capital healthcare project
- Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) OR Bachelor of Construction Management (BCM) OR Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) OR Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) OR Bachelor of Management (BMgt) OR Project Management certificate OR Business Administration diploma (DBA)
- Bachelor-level undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
