Job Summary
Lead the Maintenance department by planning efficiencies, overseeing inventory control, and managing equipment breakdowns while establishing quality and cost standards. Provide leadership to the team to align with national programs, ensure safe work environments, and champion the CMMS for efficient resource use. Deliver technical expertise on new equipment purchases, improve preventative and predictive maintenance activities, and develop standard corrective action plans. Utilize lifecycle cost analysis for rebuild versus replacement decisions, integrate capital projects, and establish reliability KPIs to monitor performance. Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRCGS, and GMP regulations while maintaining all relevant documentation.

- Minimum of five years Maintenance Management experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) certification
- Certified Asset Management Professional designation (PEMAC)
- Mechanical Millwright 433A or Industrial Electrician 442A trade experience
- Working knowledge of ammonia plant operations
- Strong project management skills
