Job Summary
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance projects to ensure venue functionality before, during, and after events. Manage the cleaning team and bathroom attendants, developing standard procedures and enforcing company policies while conducting employee reviews. Handle specific repairs including carpet restoration, painting, elevator maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, and coordinate with outside vendors to request quotes and bids. Train staff on proper tool utilization and may assist with building set props and decorations as needed. This role requires a BA/BS degree, 4-6 years of experience, and the ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) In a related field
- 4-6 years Of related work experience
- Working as a maintenance manager in related industry
- In proper cleaning solutions and overall repair/maintenance
- Ability to prioritize workload, solve problems quickly and react to difficult situations appropriately
- Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical repair
- Highly organized with good coordinating and project management skills
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of music industry preferred
