Job Summary
Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to maximize equipment availability and performance. Plan, coordinate, and oversee installation, repair, maintenance, and relocation of large industrial equipment while managing transformation initiatives. Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize spare parts strategies, documentation standards, and asset management processes. Manage relationships with external suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective service agreements and spare parts availability. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role strengthens operations at Galderma's manufacturing environment in Uppsala, Sweden, driving excellence in a global dermatology leader.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field
- Significant experience within maintenance, reliability, engineering, or manufacturing operations in a regulated or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance methodologies
- Proven experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Experience managing vendors, service contracts, and maintenance service providers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence, guide, and build trust with managers and cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
