Job Summary
Develop modern maintenance and reliability strategies for clients across industry, chemicals, energy, and utilities, integrating predictive maintenance, AI, and data-driven approaches to improve asset availability and economic viability. Lead complex asset management transformation projects from strategy to implementation, steering interdisciplinary teams and advising on management-level issues to deliver measurable business impact. Build internal Maintenance & Reliability capability by establishing new methods, best practices, and fostering team development through mentorship. Requires a degree in engineering or business, extensive experience in reliability engineering or asset management, proficiency in SAP EAM/PM systems, and fluency in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Erfolghaft abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Naturwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Maintenance, Reliability Engineering oder Asset Management
- Erfahrung im Beratungsumfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsstrategien wie Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Predictive Maintenance oder Asset Performance Management
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Systemen und Tools, beispielsweise SAP EAM/PM, Asset Performance Management Lösungen oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-Asset-Management-Plattformen
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie der Leitung komplexer Projekte
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Branchen wie Fertigungsindustrie, Chemie, Energie oder Utilities
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP EAM/PM, Asset Performance Management Lösungen oder vergleichbaren Enterprise-Asset-Management-Plattformen (als zusätzliche Erfahrung)
