Job Summary
Strategic and operational leadership role to drive maintenance and calibration programs that directly impact manufacturing performance, capacity, and product quality. Lead a technical team responsible for asset reliability, service delivery, and problem-solving, while partnering with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Network Optimisation to support growth, new technology introduction, and continuous improvement. Focus areas include developing and coaching a high-performing team, delivering asset management and reliability programs to drive efficiency and capacity growth, driving uptime through Lean thinking, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Emphasis on stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration at senior levels, and delivering programs aligned to manufacturing strategy with a balance of scope, cost, quality, and time. The role requires leading maintenance strategy, troubleshooting, and embedding Total Asset Management processes, while promoting a culture of operational excellence and continuous development of the technical team.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in a relevant manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environment
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering operational outcomes
- Strong understanding of asset management, maintenance systems, and equipment reliability
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to drive improvements and change
- A strong track record of achievements in continuous improvement and operational excellence
