Job Summary
Breakthrough Beverage’s Manager, Maintenance will maintain Breakthru Beverage's warehouse facilities and oversee all repairs and installation activities. Responsibilities include ensuring health, safety, and building-code compliance; inspecting facilities; implementing and overseeing preventive maintenance programs for material handling systems (conveyors, RF scanners, motors and controls); managing maintenance of electrical and hydraulic systems; coordinating cleaning, waste disposal, and parking; maintaining maintenance logs and records; supervising maintenance personnel; overseeing procurement of maintenance supplies and services; managing relationships with contractors and service providers; monitoring utility costs and pursuing energy-saving efficiencies; and coordinating security and administrative services. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent), at least five years of warehouse maintenance/facility management experience, strong analytical, budgeting, and vendor-management skills, and proficiency with MS Office and technical systems (PLC, HVAC, AutoCAD, etc.). The position is full-time and located in Ridgeway, South Carolina, with on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as professional warehouse maintenance manager, facility department manager with fleet management responsibilities
- Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other various computer programs including presentation software
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and/or within a team, pay attention to detail and meet deadlines
- Analytic and Reporting skills
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) OSHA certification
- Knowledge of PLC operations, PLC electrical panels, Compressed Air System, HVAC, refrigeration systems, conveyor systems, spirals and sliding sorters, motor starters, general plumbing and water treatment
