Manager (m/w/d) Environmental, Health & Safety

Lead strategic and operational development of Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) and Health & Wellbeing across the European CSL Plasma network. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage risks through site inspections, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture and prevention measures. Advise leadership teams on integrating health, safety, and sustainability into daily workflows while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Manage global health programs focusing on prevention, ergonomics, and mental well-being, alongside overseeing environmental permits and incident reporting. Support change initiatives, crisis management, and team development to foster a resilient, inclusive workforce aligned with global biopharma standards.
