Manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of assigned development projects, from design coordination and authority submissions to site implementation and testing & commissioning. Review M&E design drawings, schematics, and load calculations to coordinate with consultants and resolve conflicts, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and green building standards. Prepare and monitor statutory submissions to authorities like BOMBA and Suruhanjaya Tenaga, conducting inspections to secure approvals for fire, electrical, and air-conditioning systems. Oversee on-site installation works, validate progress claims, and witness key testing processes to ensure successful handover. Deliver M&E works according to project timelines and cost targets while balancing sustainability goals and providing technical support to stakeholders.
