Job Summary
Manage the VIC Activations Planning Calendar, Playbook, and reporting to ensure strategy clarity and execution results. Lead cross-functional teams on seasonal planning and partner with stakeholders across Customer Experience, Stores, Marketing, Merchants, and Vendors to execute activations that meet client expectations. Provide on-site support in the field by engaging sellers, hosting clients, and ensuring seamless execution. Optimize luxury selling through assortment access and internal concierge networks while developing content and programming with Product & Styling Expertise. Maximize the Little Brown Book selling tool and collaborate with Data Analytics to refine reporting cadence. Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 10+ years in luxury retail, and ability to travel and work flexible schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- XXXX+ years of relevant work experience in luxury retail, client development, omnichannel experience with a passion for customers and developing luxury experiences
- Outstanding relationship orientation with the ability to build meaningful relationships with Clients, Sellers, Vendor Partners and Key Business Stakeholders
- Excellent communication (written, verbal, storytelling) skills; high level of creativity, independence, interpersonal skills, and ability to project confidence
- Ability to juggle multiple projects - can identify primary and secondary objectives, prioritize tasks, and communicate timeline to team members
- Maintains confidentiality and security of sensitive company information
- Ability to travel, spend time in stores with store colleagues and clients and work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
