Job Summary

Contribute to the development and launch of new Lottery & Gaming initiatives by translating strategic direction into executable program plans, including business case development, marketing briefs, and operational planning. Lead implementation of existing programs such as the SickKids Lottery and Catch the Ace, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Provide program-level financial insight through budget tracking, forecasting support, and performance analysis to inform portfolio decisions. Oversee regulatory coordination with Finance and consultants for AGCO applications, reporting, and compliance while managing relationships with external vendors and corporate partners. Identify process improvements to streamline operations and unlock growth across the charitable lottery portfolio.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising, or revenue-generating program management
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and strict timelines
  • Proven ability to identify cross-program synergies and operational efficiencies, escalate insights with clear recommendations, and lead implementation of process improvements that drive measurable impact
  • Strong business and financial acumen, including experience tracking budgets and interpreting performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to manage operational workflows and improve processes in a structured, detail-oriented manner
  • Experience working with external vendors, consultants, or agency partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to translate insight into practical action
  • Minimum two days per week in-office (Tuesday and Wednesday)

Desired Qualifications

  • Lottery & gaming experience and familiarity with the Ontario regulatory environment (AGCO)
