Job Summary
Own the commercial and performance engine for talabat UAE's operations, managing cost-per-order, rider economics, and the operational P&L. Drive optimization work across rider staffing, vendor performance, and network efficiency to improve margins and customer experience. Anticipate performance gaps in the KPI stack, run executive reviews, and lead cross-functional projects that scale successful pilots. Pressure-test analytical models using SQL and data visualization to translate complexity into actionable decisions for senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years in operations, commercial, strategy, or consulting
- Commercial instinct
- Strong data literacy
- Executive presence
- Financial modeling and P&L fluency
- Bias for ownership and follow-through
- Readiness to grow into people leadership
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in a marketplace, logistics, or Q-commerce environment
- SQL (BigQuery)
- Looker/Tableau
