Job Summary
Manager, Logistics leads Hasbro’s export logistics from China to global markets, supervising a logistics team and optimizing procedures to deliver customer service at optimal cost. Responsible for 3PL partnerships, data-driven performance improvements, and compliance (including SOX) across outbound/export activities, customs clearance, cost monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to align with Hasbro’s strategy and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in relevant industry or equivalent; Professional Logistics qualification preferred
- 8-10 years of related export logistics experience in FMCG or multi-SKU, multi-modal operations
- Experience with contract logistics operations in export domain
- Exposure to various entities in export logistics (transporters, CHA, freight forwarders, customs, etc.) covering end-to-end process
- Strong MS Office; SAP experience preferred; advanced Excel for planning and performance monitoring
- Excellent English communication (oral & written)
- Ability to lead and coach a team; KPI definition and achievement
- Understanding of export documentation, regulatory requirements, and cost control
