Job Summary
The Manager of Logistics is responsible for overseeing local currency orders, ensuring order acknowledgement up to delivery, handling customs clearance, and preparing dispatch documents in SAP. The role includes managing spare part logistics for foreign currency orders, handling purchase orders, inventory management, and coordinating returns of faulty items. This position requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of logistics processes, and proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SFDC and SAP-B4 HANA. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management and experience in driving process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
- 10-15 years or more in Supply Chain and Logistics
Desired Qualifications
- Good knowledge of local commercial laws, Customs, GST, LC, CAD, and Incoterms
- Experience in managing a team
- Proficient in working with SFDC and SAP-B4 HANA
