Job Summary
Develop and lead the execution of Brand email strategy, balancing digital and linear viewership goals with fan-centric experiences. Oversee strategy for owned digital inventory and push notifications, partnering with Analytics, Product, and Digital teams to build personalization and orchestration strategies. Lead the measurement, optimization, and reporting of lifecycle journeys that deepen engagement and drive acquisition. Establish clear success metrics, turn data into actionable insights, and lead a test-and-learn agenda to continuously evolve segmentation and messaging. Serve as subject matter expert for the Global Marketing team while staying ahead of lifecycle, CRM, and loyalty marketing trends within media and entertainment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in lifecycle marketing
- A proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs that deliver measurable audience and business impact
- Deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, and experimentation methodologies
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into compelling narratives
- Proactive self-starter, comfortable moving projects forward independently
- Test and learn mindset
- Highly collaborative with both internal and external partners
- AI fluency and prompting skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Iterable, Hightouch, and/or similar enterprise CRM platforms is a plus
